• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)

Background

• Andy has been in property since 1983 working for various surveying practices.
• In 2003 he established Jansons Property a Joint Venture with the William Pears Group and subsequently Jansons Hotels and TradeSpaceUK
• Prior to Jansons Property, Andy established the highly successful firm Jansons & Partners which has now been bought by Colliers CRE.

Andy is the Managing Director of Jansons Property, Jansons Hotels and TradeSpaceUK.
Andy enjoys skiing, clay pigeon shooting and supporting West Ham United in his spare time.
