Background

• Michael has held a range of senior positions across the construction industry from contractors to client organizations.
• He gained great depth of experience of Hotel development with the Hilton Group undertaking capital projects throughout the UK.
• Prior to joining Jansons Property, Michael was a Project Director for Cyril Sweett heading the Hotel management team, based in London.

Michael joined Jansons Property in March 2007 and is responsible for our expanding Hotel acquisition strategy from the initial appraisal stage through to turn key delivery.

Michael enjoys surfing and flying in his spare time.
