Overview

Jansons has identified the care sector as having significant growth potential. This ranges from the provision of care homes to retirement villages.

Whilst our involvement in this sector is at an early stage, sites have been secured which have potential for a care use. Terms are agreed on a number of further sites which will only enhance our involvement in this important sector.  We are flexible in terms of potential deal structure with a vendor, ranging from an unconditional purchase, subject to planning, option or promotion agreement.

Once planning consent has been secured we will review our options. This could be to sell to an end user or, utilising our in-house expertise, build out the approved scheme for the end-user.

Our approach is based on working as a team, to maximise the returns for all parties.
