A hugely prominent site at a junction of the A4 Bath Road in Slough. Jansons agreed a sale, with leaseback, with Citroën UK short- term whilst development options were to be analysed. Potentially a multitude of uses to include trade car showrooms, self-storage and drive-throughs on a four-acre site.
Ultimately, despite various pre-lets Jansons were approached by owner/occupier and terms were agreed on a forward sale.
