Jansons continue to seek opportunities in the student housing sector but on a selective basis in terms of city.

Using new and old agents alike we are sourcing sites suitable for larger schemes of 200 bedrooms plus in cities such as Oxford, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Bristol and Reading where there is still proven unfulfilled demand.  We work closely with operators and end investors.  Once a site has been identified, we usually seek conditional deals where planning is the only impediment.  Once planning has been procured, we then seek investor interest to work with us usually on a forward funding basis.
