What We Do
We aim to create maximum value by purchasing sites quickly using our own capital and securing planning consents in order to develop relevant and fresh schemes. We work closely with vendors and occupiers to establish viable exits and ultimately deliver high quality buildings on time and on budget.
Alexander Jansons Myocarditis UK (formally The Alexander Jansons Fund) was set up after the death of Alexander Jansons from Myocarditis in July 2013, at the age of 18. With little to no information provided on this inflammatory condition affecting the heart, the charity was founded to research the causes, prevention and cures for Myocarditis.
Jansons Property hosts many events in support of AJ Myocarditis UK throughout the year, helping raise awareness and hit their fundraising minimum of £80,000 per year.
