Jansons are a Property Developer, Property Investor and Land Promoter working in a long-standing Joint Venture with the William Pears Group.
Active across all sectors, we utilise our in-house expertise to quickly assess a site for the use we believe creates most value. We can move quickly, purchasing sites unconditionally with an extensive track record of successful developments whilst always acting with transparency and integrity.
Buying in Bucks
Jansons are actively seeking strategic land opportunities in our home county of Buckinghamshire and have a dedicated team in place to work with you.
Since we were founded in 2003, we have completed 38 projects and we are proud of every single one. These are across a broad range of sectors, locations and deal structures. From unconditional purchases, subject to planning, options and promotional agreements we have found a way to make each project work best for us and also the vendor.
The below timeline outlines the story so far of how we have evolved as a property investor and developer.
