The Deal

Jansons purchased the site unconditionally which was due to be sold at auction.  It comprised of historic high- tech buildings from the 80s and was targeted towards the residential development and market.

The Development

It transpired the most profitable development was a retail project capitalising on the proximity of a major Morrisons.  Jansons pre-let to Aldi, Greene King and Pure Gym and forward sold the development to the Oxford Diocese Pension Fund.
