The Deal

In 2016, Jansons secured an interest in the above property and acquired the freehold to the Long Barn which lies adjacent. It currently comprises of paddock fields, two residential properties and various outbuildings. It is located on the outskirts of Eynsham, Oxfordshire and being circa 6 miles from Oxford is ideally suited for residential development. This is particularly so as it located opposite to a proposed major new Park and Ride facility.

The Development

Following the land being promoted the site is now allocated for residential development as part of  West Eynsham Major Development Area in the adopted West Oxfordshire District Council Local Plan.

Jansons Property have now prepared a Vision Document for the site, with a Masterplan for the site demonstrating how it can come forward for development.
