With nearly 1500 bedrooms complete or in development, Jansons is very well represented in the hotel sector, with a strong record of delivering a variety of brand hotel bedrooms throughout the UK. Another 150 bedrooms in Edinburgh begin construction in summer 2013, with completion due end 2013.


With a long standing reputation in the industrial sector, we own a number of industrial sites and continue to maximize their value through solid management and development. Anglo Trade Park, Wokingham, was an ideal target opportunity. Bought out of receivership, it comprises 24 units, some sold, some let and some to be sold.

Mixed use

With extensive experience of both mixed use retail developments and major food store schemes, we have a strong track record of successful development. Our Soco development, in the heart of World Heritage site Edinburgh, combines a 259 bedroom hotel, prelet to Ibis, with a 4,708 sq ft Sainsburys Local. A well known coffee chain is poised to take space there and a live music venue, La Belle Angele, was reinstated as part of the development.


As part of our mixed use portfolio, we have successfully developed a number of small exclusive residential schemes in prime locations. Our residential arm has expanded considerably since Huw Williams joined Jansons. We have acquired a number of potential residential sites in the Thames Valley area and are in negotiations on various others.
