Friday 1st November and our final shoot of the year. Again the weather was not looking good but along to the Jansons tradition we avoided the rain. This particular shoot ended up being the only time this year were there where  four women (Gemma Coles, Kate Aitken, Patricia Dean & Lynda Parker.

Rob Neaverson, Sam Graham, Duncan MacLaren, Kate Aitken, Andy Jansons, Lynda Parker, Andrew Groves, Patricia Dean, Gemma Coles and David Potter

In the normal fashion we headed off the shoot at the stands before meeting for the flush shoot.  Normally we shoot at four stands but to our ‘pleasure’ we shoot at five.

Sam Graham Gemma Coles

Sam Graham – Cluttons                                                Gemma Coles – IBB Solicitors

Again there were more sagas at the flush. Andy’s team consisting of Andy, Duncan McClaren & Guy Parks shoot very well through the flush keeping their score high and even though they missed a flash clay (worth 5 points) ended up being the wining team.

Winning Team Andrew Grooves

Winning Team                                                               Top Gun

We then headed back to the clubhouse for a hearty breakfast and prize giving to the winning team and top gun. The top gun of the day was Andrew Groves. A great shoot to finish off the season. We are now not shooting until Spring 2014. With Christmas shortly upon us and a busy time ahead.
