We are pleased to announce that we have secured planning consent for a major residential development including 20 private houses (new build), whilst retaining Terriers House and Lodge. Here we originally agreed a short-term sale and lease back agreement with MWH, the owner/occupier for an 18-month lease. MWH have now relocated to a newer office on the London Road in Loudwater, High Wycombe.

Terriers House is an imposing Grade II Listed building dating from the late 17th Century and is arranged over three storeys. Terriers Lodge is a Grade II Listed detached chalet-style residence also dating from the 17th Century and has its own walled garden. It is located out of town in a pleasant semi-rural setting and has most recently been used as an office complex.
