You may recall that, about a month ago, I blogged about Andy’s Facebook Challenge. He pledged to wear a comedy wig to work for a day if the Alexander Jansons Foundation Facebook page reached 1,000 likes before 1st October. It did, and here are the results…

I was going to update the previous blog with photos but there are so many it was worth a separate blog of it’s own. First off, above, Andy started the day with our friends at Costa Coffee, Beaconsfield. Later in the morning, more coffee with Ian Purvis of Porterfield PR. Looks as if they are in Cape, Beaconsfield, for this one.

Then Andy was off for an afternoon of clay pigeon shooting at The West London Shooting School. Diana and Jo wouldn’t let him past reception without a picture.

The shoot was arranged by CWM and here’s Andy with Jim Remfry, the CWM host, and one of the school instructors making ready for the shoot.

It sounds as if there were some crack shots there that day. Andy managed a creditable 45 out of 50 but was well beaten by the chap next to Jim in the photo, who hit an astonishing 49 of his 50 clays and whose name Andy has deliberately wiped from his memory banks as he doesn’t like being beaten! (Sebastian MacDonald-Hall, property developer, for your info Andy). Also in the picture is Simon Blair, property developer.

After an enjoyable afternoon, Andy was back to Beaconsfield for an early evening tennis session with Michelle Coates, his trainer at Training Station, John Woods, another property developer and Lynda with young Harry, maybe hoping he’ll be the next Andy Murray? Start ’em young, I say.

Having suitably embarrassed himself for the cause, Andy was allowed to go home and de-wig.  Let’s see if we can get the AJ Foundation Facebook page to 2,000 likes so we can send him on another mission. I’d like to see him in the wig wearing a suit and on a train full of commuters!  You can post your (printable) suggestions here for his next challenge.
