Jansons Property, advised by Christopher Thomas and Vail Williams, have completed the letting of all floors at Admiral House with Telos Partners Group Limited taking the ground floor and BIAL pharma the Lower Ground Floor.

Global business consultants Telos Partners signed a 10 year lease for 3,473 sq. ft. at Admiral House, at a rent of £28.50 per sq. ft. The transaction follows on from a letting of the first floor to ITW Limited. The Lower Ground Floor of 1,460 sq. ft., plus 402 sq. ft. was taken by BIAL Pharma on a 5 year lease.

We are delighted with the way in which the property has performed. The Windsor office market appears to be going from strength to strength.”
