Jansons Property, advised by Christopher Thomas and Vail Williams, have completed an office letting with Telos Partners Group Limited for the ground floor at Admiral House in Windsor.

Global business consultants Telos Partners have signed a 10 year lease for 3,473 sq. ft. at Admiral House, at a rent of £28.50 per sq. ft. The transaction follows on from a letting of the first floor to ITW Limited and leaves only one floor of 1,460 sq. ft., plus 402 sq. ft. immediately available.

Andy Jansons of Jansons Property commented: “The property is a short walk from both rail stations in Windsor in an established office location. We have strong interest in the last available space.
