From all of us at Jansons Property would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

We have had a tremendous year with four acquisitions;

  • Anglo Trade Park, Wokingham, Berkshire in March. This consists of 24 industrial units, of which we have sold two units and currently have two under offer.
  • Terriers, Hazlemere, Buckinghamshire which is a Grade II building with ancillary (mainly office) buildings set within a semi-rural location.
  • A major strategic land promotion agreement.
  • Finally an office building in Peach Street, Wokingham, Berkshire which we are currently assessing the redevelopment potential of the building.

In the normal Jansons style we are in the process of exchanging on a deal the last Friday before Christmas, as we did last year with Citroen Head Quarter Building, Bath Road, Slough.

In addition to our new acquisitions, which are keeping us busy, we have now taken practical completion on our SoCo Development in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Business Park is also progressing smoothly since starting on site early this year. The main frame of the building is now erect and we are excited about the anticipation of completion early part of 2014.

Following a successful 2013, we are hoping for an acquisitive and prosperous 2014 with many more additions to our portfolio.

Our office is closed at the end of the day Friday 20th December and opening again Monday 6th January. Should you need to get hold of anyone please do not hesitate to contact us on 01494 679977 or via email.

Best Wishes From Us All
