Jansons are pleased to report the acquisition of a row of seven houses in Kingston. This was a great opportunity as it’s an unbroken row of houses in a good residential location.

As you can see, the property is gated, giving privacy and security. Each of the three storey houses is approximately 1500 sq ft, though a couple have been slightly extended and one is split into two flats. All have two parking spaces and a private garden at the back. There is space for visitor parking at the front.

We completed on the purchase on Thursday, 9th April, and are now deciding the best way to dispose of the properties, either as a block to a large investor or separately to owner/ occupiers/ private landlords. If you are interested, please contact us by clicking here.
