Paul Nash
In a career spanning over 35 years, Paul has worked for some of the construction industry’s leading contractors and consultants and has advised property owners, developers and funders in the UK and internationally.
As a Past-President and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Paul is actively engaged in raising awareness of the key issues affecting the construction sector and regularly speaks at industry events.
He is Chair of the CIOB’s Construction Quality Commission that is investigating the issue of quality in the construction sector and what needs to be done to improve it, and is a Member of the Industry Safety Steering Group that is providing strategic level oversight of the Government’s Building Safety Programme following the Grenfell Tower fire.
He was also a Contributor to the CIOB’s ‘Code of Practice for Project Management for Construction and Development’ and ‘Code of Practice for Programme Management in the Built Environment’.
Paul has an MSc in Project Management from the University of Reading and is an Alumni of Henley Management College.
