You know Christmas is close when 100 Property Club has their annual Christmas Dinner, this year it was at the Grand Connaught Rooms again. The 100 Property Club Christmas Dinner is a great event for members to network and to raise money for a chosen charity.

The chosen Charity for the event was The Humanitarian Aid Fund, a fantastic charity which provides critical support to those who need it most, they provide emergency aid like, food water, and shelter to families who have lost everything in a disaster. They also provide medical care and other essential services to communities affected by conflict and displacement.  It was nice to see a significant amount of money raised for an amazing charity.

Tom and Andy are both members of The Property 100 Club and as usual took a selection of colleagues and guests to the event.

The Grand Connaught Rooms, situated in the heart of Central London, proved to be an exceptional venue. Following a delightful drink reception and some productive networking, the Jansons team and their guests savoured a delightful 3-course meal. The presence of the Special Guest, Shappi Khorsandi, added brilliance to the evening, eliciting laughter from the table on numerous occasions.

The 100 Property Club was established in 1972 as a social and networking organisation, with it’s membership including property professionals based in London as well as regions to the south as west of the capital.  You would expect to see property contractors, agents, engineers, developers, solicitors, and their guests at club activities/events. The club offers members the opportunity to meet at club lunches, dinners, technical seminars, and a variety of social events throughout the year. Club activities are open to all members and their guests which offer a plethora of networking opportunities.
