Bracknell Forest is a place with a story worth telling, and on Thursday 22 October, Andy Jansons will bring an investor’s perspective to the room.

Andy will join property professionals and business leaders at Invest in Bracknell Forest, a half-day event dedicated to the area’s commercial property market and its long-term investment potential.

Organised by Bracknell BID and Bracknell Forest Council, the event brings investors, developers and local businesses into one room to swap insights, compare notes and make the connections that turn opportunity into action.

Andy’s contribution comes from experience. As an investor and developer active across the Thames Valley, Jansons Property has seen what separates a good investment from a great one. It comes down to three things:

  • Knowing the occupier. Understanding what tenants really need, today and tomorrow.
  • Reading the location. Recognising what makes a place work, and where its strengths lie.
  • Thinking long term. Backing locations for the decades ahead, not just the next cycle.

“Bracknell Forest’s future is being shaped right now, by the people in that room,” says Andy Jansons. “I’m looking forward to sharing our perspective and hearing from others helping to build it.”
