Jansons purchased the site unconditionally having identified the potential for redevelopment. Thereafter, vacant possession was negotiated with the tenant and a planning application submitted to the London Borough of Camden for 36 apartments.
Following receipt of planning consent, the scheme has now been redeveloped with an approximate GDV of £30 Million. This development had lead to the regeneration and gentrification of the Iverson Road area. The Ballymore scheme close by has further enhanced the West Hampstead area.

Purchase price of £2.9m and the vendor Snappy Snaps pension fund. Jansons identified the Chiswick High Road as a very strong residential location. In addition, there are a number of retail requirements requiring bigger footprints with strong frontages.
The building benefited from rear car parking and direct access from the Chiswick High Road. A planning application was submitted to convert the office building into 20 apartments along with an extension at the upper floor level to provide two major penthouses.
The ground floor was to provide 3 and half thousand sq ft of retail accommodation. Jansons converted the office building, added the penthouses and enhanced the elevations. The game plan was to hold back all the apartments until the property was finished. At a launch weekend most of the properties sold, while the ground floor was let to Majestic Wine. This is a six unit front door small office village with good car parking within the town centre of Wokingham. Jansons asset managed the property whilst renegotiating leases, increasing rents and letting vacant space and thereafter subsequently selling the enhanced investment.
A grade two listed public house acquired from Young and Co Brewery Plc. The property sits in a prominent corner position overlooking the green at Chiswick with the major Sainsburys food store
The frontages of the public house exhibited historic Youngs livery which remains to date. There was considerable potential for conversion of the upper parts into quality residential accommodation whilst the ground floor suited a major restaurant operator. The whole building was subsequently sold to the capital pub company as an owner operator.
Jansons acquired this property on an unconditional basis in 2014 and leased back to MWH for a period of two years. It comprised of Terriers House which is Grade II Listed, offices, and various outbuildings.
