Jansons are constantly seeking to acquire strategic land opportunities where there is potential for a range of uses which maximise the development potential of a site. Key uses we target include residential, care and commercial development. We are flexible in terms of potential deal structure with a vendor, ranging from an unconditional purchase, subject to planning, option or promotion agreement.
Our approach is based on working as a team, to maximise the returns for all parties.
Requirements
Land capable of being brought forward within a five-year period for residential mixed-use, industrial and retail development
Land to be acquired unconditionally or secured by option/promotion agreement
