Progress at the SoCo site in Edinburgh is coming along apace. Every month sees massive changes in how the building looks as the cladding is added, making it look like a building rather than a building site.

As well as the cladding, huge advertising hoardings have been put up showing the retail units still available to let, clearly visible down Blair St. from the Royal Mile.

We have now completed the refurbishment of the windows and and stone work on the Patterson Building. Also the scaffolding has now come down in plenty of time for Edinburgh Festival.

With many teams on site, practical completion is still scheduled for the end of November. Keep following for progress.
