Andy Jansons
Andy founded Jansons & Partners in 1990, building a leading commercial property agency in Uxbridge with a strong focus on the West London market. Under his leadership, the firm transacted millions of square feet in the industrial and distribution sectors, representing notable clients such as Segro, Brixton Estate, Chancerygate, and major institutional funds. The business was ultimately acquired by Colliers International.
In 2003, Andy pivoted into the world of property development and investment, establishing a successful joint venture with the William Pears Group. With deep-rooted knowledge of the West London and Thames Valley markets, he has led projects across multiple sectors, guiding them from concept to exit.
Andy is a respected voice in the property industry, serving as an independent judge at both the Thames Valley Property Awards and the Berkshire Property Awards. He is also an active member of Henley Business Angels, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship in the region.
Beyond property, Andy is passionate about making a difference. In 2013, he founded Myocarditis UK, a charity dedicated to raising awareness, improving early detection, and supporting research into myocarditis among young adults.
A lifelong West Ham United supporter, Andy enjoys skiing, staying fit, and spending time with his family. He’s a regular speaker at industry events, where he shares his experience and insights. At the heart of his journey is a simple belief: that humble beginnings can drive success no matter what path you take.
