This year’s Awards dinner, on the 14th May, is the second to be held and will, again, be at Ascot Racecourse. Last year, at the inaugural event, 340 people attended and in 2015 they are expecting over 400 attendees. Gyles Brandreth will be hosting.

Among the 12 categories of the Thames Valley Property Awards is one for Industrial & Logistics Property Consultancy of the Year – sponsored by Jansons Property. This award is close to Andy’s heart as his background (as many of you will know) is in industrial property. Jansons also sponsored this award last year.

Working with EGi Data, part of the Estates Gazette group, this award will use objective information gathered from their industry-leading database on all deals within the Thames Valley region. This will be complemented by the judges’ knowledge of the property sector over the past 12 months.

The award will be presented to the property consultancy that has completed a high volume of significant industrial/logistics deals across the region and enjoyed high levels of tenant deals during the qualifying period (January to December 2014).
