We  recently undertook a public consultation on the redevelopment proposals for 350 Basingstoke Road and engaged with local councilors to gauge their views on the plans.  A consultation website was set up for the event. 350basingstokeroad.co.uk

Local residents and businesses were invited to view proposals at a public exhibition held on 13 September in a location close to the site.

There was a good response to the consultation as the site is part of the District Centre with un-contentious uses proposed. We are proposing a food store, gym and family restaurant/public house.

The consultation has now closed and our team are preparing final designs for a planning submission targeted for autumn 2013.
